Creative

Blackpool and the Fylde Coast has a wealth of creative talent: artists, directors, musicians, photographers, crafts people and designers.

In Blackpool & the Fylde College we have one the UK’s leading creative arts institutions on our doorstep. Its graduate level art and design programmes enjoy an international reputation for excellence, while its performing arts courses have helped to place many students on the road to stardom.

Blackpool’s ambitious multi-million pound regeneration programme aims to transform the town into a world-class 21st century visitor destination.  Creative industries are central to Blackpool’s redevelopment and its vision of being a leading creative centre for the North West.
