Shining Beacon!
Blackpool's Beacon Hill High School has been granted the Excellence In Enterprise Award - a nationally recognised kitemark awarded by The Centre for Education and Industry at the University of Warwick.
The school had to compile a comprehensive portfolio of enterprise activity and was assessed during National Enterprise Week in November.
The school carried out a wide range of activities during the week, including the production of a enterprise magazine for young people.
