POSITIVE STEPS INTO WORK

Do you struggle to attract employees?

Is staff retention an issue for your business?

Are you fed up with the soaring costs of recruitment?

If you have answered “yes” to any of the above questions, then Positive Steps Into Work can help you access local people wanting local jobs.

This is an initiative aimed at helping unemployed local people back into employment through a dedicated outreach team of advisors working alongside them.

Our pool of potential employees will have had access to a wide range of help to build their confidence and skills. All they are waiting for is the opportunity to prove themselves via a work placement or employment opportunity.

As an employer, you can help by getting involved and speaking to our dedicated Employer Relationship Manager, who will create a tailored programme of in-work support, including employee development/training opportunities.

So what are you waiting for? Remember, Positive Steps Into Work can…

  • Reduce the cost of your recruitment
  • Help develop your own employees
  • Diversify your workforce
  • Help regenerate Blackpool from the inside
