Leading the way to growth
Owners and managers of small to medium enterprises looking for direction to help grow their businesses are being urged to sign up for a new programme.
LEAD is an innovative leadership programme being run by the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) and focusing on both the development of the owner/manager and the strategy and growth of the business itself.
Costing no more than £2,000, the 10-month programme requires a commitment of just two days per month and delegates will experience coaching, masterclasses on business growth and leadership, work shadowing and exchanges.
UCLan has already capitalised on its strong business and sporting connections by enlisting Alan Irvine, manager of Preston North End and Brian Noble, coach of Wigan Warriors Rugby League Club, to share their leadership experiences.
If you want to find out more or sign up to attend a free taster session, visit www.businesslinknw.co.uk/lead or call 0845 0066888 and select UCLan as your chosen provider.
