Blackpool Council now has it's own Cycle scheme. Hire-a-Bike from Cycle Blackpool is Blackpool's own on street automated cycle hire system, supported by Blackpool Council and Blackpool Primary Care Trust, operated and managed by Hourbike as part of the Hourbike network.
