
The world-famous Disney Institute is to headline this year's Blackpool Master Class Conference.
Representatives will address the conference on quality and brand loyalty as part of a day-long event aimed at sharing best practice in the tourism industry.
Last year over 300 businesses from the visitor economy attanded the inaugural conference.

An experienced facilitator from the Disney Institute will deliver two invigorating sessions, using a compelling storytelling technique, to illustrate how Disney's business strategies can be used by all businesses in all sectors in a way that is highly relevant to today's environment.

Gloria Vassey has a wealth of world-wide experience with a portfolio of well-known clients in the international world. She plans to reveal all her handy hints and tips on how to attract and accommodate international visitors.
